Went into this ihop in prattville last nite, was told it would be a 15 minute wait so we said ok because Olive Garden an Logan s were over an hour an 25 minutes wait, we were thinking this would be an ok substitute since. The food was not what we were told but since our car was next door getting an oil change we didn't have the luxury of leaving. Then the waitress sat in the dining room slumped over the adjoining table during our meal huffing and puffing and drawing attention to herself. I did not appreciate having to listen to her tirade. The behavior of the waitress and her remarks were completely rude and disrespectful, her behavior arrogant and belligerant. This weekend when I walked in the door a waitress was having a really loud verbal confrontation with the new female manager. The second time my granddaughter only got half her order until we were almost finished with our meal. manager came to our table but we never got his pancakes. I told another server who told the manager. The first time the waitress did not bring my husband's pancakes and never returned to the table.
